Product and Services
Our products commonly support devices that are powered by Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. However, even if a device isn't directly compatible with our devices, you may be able to link it with a bridge or by using a service like IFTTT. Please refer to our product catalog for the compatible devices such as Smart Assistant, Smart APP and wireless standard. For complex integration of devices, you may email us at support@kubonet.ph
It depends on the device, but they're designed as DIY (Do-It-Yourself), which means they are easy to install and operate. For many devices, if you can install an app on your smart phone, then, you're more than qualified! Of course, not all smart products are quite so simple. For some, like complex home automation and security system you might need professional services for the installation. You can contact our support@kubonet.ph for consulting and installation services.

Ordering and Shipping
Our shipping cost within Metro Manila varies based on our internal zoning. Please refer to the Shipping Method Zone table below for the shipping cost:
Zone A: Makati, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pateros - PhP 100.00
Zone B: Manila, Paranaque, Pasig, San Juan - PhP 150.00
Zone C: Las Pinas, Muntinlupa - PhP 200.00
Zone D: Quezon City, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Marikina - PhP 300.00
For locations outside Metro Manila, you may send an email to our sales agent at sales@kubonet.ph for cost assessment based on your location.
As an option, you may choose to select "Pick-up" on Delivery Method and arrange it from a third-party delivery service. Note that we have a fixed schedule of twice a week during weekdays for pick-up.
Our payment options are as follows:
1. PayPal - You must have an existing PayPal account
2. Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) - Payment via PayMongo our partner for payment gateway
3. GCASH - Payment via PayMongo our partner for payment gateway
4. Bank transfer to BDO or UBP. You will receive bank details upon order confirmation. Once you transfer the payment, please send us the proof of payment via email at sales@kubonet.ph and you will receive payment confirmation and details of delivery.
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days within Metro Manila via third-party shipping delivery service. But for products not available in-country, our standard delivery time is 30-45 days.
As of now we only deliver within Metro Manila. For outside Metro Manila, please send email inquiry to sales@kubonet.ph
